Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS

– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

– Payments accepted: Zelle, PayPal Invoice, Cash, or Cash App (+3% upcharge).

– Deposit payment confirms that you have read and agree to all TRL Media policies.

– The final balance is due at the time of the booking. Final content will not be released until full payment is received.

– Studio rental is not included and must be booked by the client.

DELIVERABLES

– Final picture edits: 5–7 business days (up to 2 weeks).

– Final video edits: usually 2–3 weeks but may vary.

– Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

– Expedited editing is available for an additional fee.

– Watermarked RAW previews will be provided for clients to choose edits.

– Clients have 1 week to choose edits; delays may incur additional fees.

– Delayed client responses pause turnaround times until all materials are provided.

SHOOT ETIQUETTE

– Clients must arrive on time.

– 15+ minutes late: $25 fee.

– 30+ minutes late: session canceled, deposit forfeited, new deposit required to reschedule.

– Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments and must be paid before previews are delivered.

– Guests may attend but must not interfere with the creative process.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

– Minimum 3 days’ notice is required.

– Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice result in forfeited deposit.

– Deposit may be transferred if rescheduled within 2 weeks.

– In emergencies or natural disasters, TRL Media will attempt to provide a qualified replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be secured.

USAGE RIGHTS

– Clients receive personal and commercial usage rights upon final delivery.

– TRL Media reserves all rights to the content, including portfolio, website, and marketing usage.

– TRL Media may request removal of any content being used negatively or inappropriately.

– RAW files are not released under any circumstances.

LIABILITY

– TRL Media uses professional-grade handling, storage, equipment, and backups.

– Liability for lost or damaged content is limited to a full or prorated refund.

– Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by themselves, guests, or event participants.

FILE DELIVERY & STORAGE

– Final content is delivered via private download link.

– Files must be downloaded within 14 days.

– Re-upload requests after 14 days incur a $25 fee.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of all TRL Media Agency policies whether or not a signed contract is provided.
